Accidental application has no undo
I did not want to apply to a job, but got mail anyway saying I should finish the application. No way to undo, and now I have a saved application I do not want.

Hire new web developers!
My old password no longer works. Your password reset is broken. Your forums search page does not have a GET search field so people can republish your searches.
For you as a technical recruiting firm this must be really embarrassing.
For your recruiters this must be agony.
May I suggest you dump your current team of backend developers and hire new people?

Dump your site, start from scratch
This website is a joke! By the amount of posts for errors, lack of functionality such as a simple automated password reset and the inability to post resumes and log in, I suggest you dump your current site and start from scratch!!

11 digit phone numbers
In the website the fields "Work phone, Home Phone and Mobile Phone" the form accept only 10 digits numbers while here in many countries the phone numbers is consist of 3 digit for country code + 8 digits numbers wihich result in 11 digit numbers which doesn't fit in current form.

Allow salary to be $0
My last job was an unpaid internship. Therefore, when I registered, I had to just set the salary to the lowest available. It would be nice to be able to tell the truth.
Also, what about people who have are currently not making $30,000 or more?

Alert people when JavaScript and/or cookies are disabled
My registration at CyberCoders.com did not go smoothly, because I keep JavaScript and cookies turned off by default. I eventually got things fixed, but it would have been easier if you showed some sort of alert that JavaScript and cookies are needed. Many other sites do this. Take a look at jobs.volt.com for an example of how to do this (but note that their alert pages are much too wordy and contain too much advertising that distracts from the primary message: "Turn on JavaScript and cookies!"

This site is EXTREMELY frustrating to navigate.
First of all, the buttons at the top are Flash elements, and for those of us with slower computers or Flash disabled, it's a pain just to navigate.
Second of all, hovering over a link in the job search results doesn't change the cursor *and* doesn't show me where the link is going. Surely there's some behind-the-scenes stuff going on, but these are features we've come to expect from a decent UI on the web, and this lack of instant feedback makes any coder nervous. Some of the jobs are dead but still posted; the page is all scripted so… more

Editing keywords is a pain in the *ss
Whenever a resume is uploaded, your site collects/chooses every freakin' possible "keyword" which then requires the user to spend an inordinate amount of time deleting the unnecessary/ridiculous/redundant keywords. And to make matters even WORSE there's no way to select multiple keywords to delete --I have to sit here and delete each freakin' useless keyword one by one by one by one... C'mon folks: Get with the program. This isn't rocket science. You need to either let the user enter the keywords or allow the user to multi-select the keywords that need to be deleted.

Allow multi level search; Example: 'Search by city' shd allow entry of city name or index by letter
Your search takes longer than necessary because it's single level.
Implement better indexing mechanism (use alphabets with starting letters of city instead of numbers) or allow actual entry of city name and intuitively go for 10 to 20 miles radius around the area by default.

Require SSL for authenticated areas
You allow plaintext passwords. This should not be allowed in this day and age. Configure your server properly to use SSL for all authenticated pages.
